Marketing Executive, Customer Advocacy

What you will do:
• Build excellent relationship with existing customers to increase referrals, renewals, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Connect with existing customers to ensure continued education and success in their journey with us
• Build and maintain customer success stories library
• Administer customer surveys regularly and recommend improvements to the business head
• Create and manage customer lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain customer engagement and advocacy programme. Grow new customer advocates

Who we seek:
• Degree in Arts / Social Sciences / Humanities, or Marketing / Communications, Business or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in digital marketing
• Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programmes that promote engagement and advocacy
• Ability to write effective copy
• Knowledge in financial markets, or experience in investing & trading is a plus
