Job Description
Digital Content Executive (Based in Singapore Head Office)
The Digital Content Executive is a highly motivated team player in providing marketing assistance on key E-Commerce accounts, with a specific focus on merchandising. This role will be based in Singapore under the Creative Services Team and worked as a shared resource in supporting our Global E-Commerce Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
• Merchandising champion internally within the Global E-Commerce Team, coming up with new ideas to ensure our product stands out on the platforms that we operate on
• Requesting full product details for potential new, ordered and existing products, collating them in the appropriate document and ensuring the correct imagery is obtained within the agreed timeframe
• Good copywriting skill in captivating the essence of range/product description that comply with the E-commerce platforms
• Ensure new products are added to E-Commerce sites in a timely manner
• Work closely with the UK and Australia E-Commerce Team to ensure digital content for existing and new products is published to the required standard
2. Existing Products
• Merchandising responsibility for all existing and new products on-site being the eyes of the consumer and ensuring SBN E-Commerce product hits the minimum acceptable criteria in terms of merchandising
Key Skills and Experience:
• Polytechnic Diploma in Digital Marketing/ Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Sales/Supply Chain
• At least 3 years relevant work experience
• Experiences in E-Commerce marketing, operations and digital content media standards
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Possess good organizational, analytical, planning and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and likes to work in a team and problem solve
